Grape variety

The selection of base wines is made among the different white grape varieties and depending on the vintage characteristics in order to obtain the best expression of the signature of the Maison Grandin.

Winemaking

Traditional method.                                              
Ageing on laths at least 9 months.

Tasting notes

Pale golden colour with pretty and brillant tints.
Delicate almond fragrance with undertones of hazelnut, subtle touch of clove and lime tree.
Soft finish typical of the French style of the Maison Grandin.

Serving suggestions

Serve chilled between 6 and 8 °C.

Food and wine pairing

Cold starter dishes, fish dishes, white meats or fine cheeses (Brie and Camembert).

Alcohol : 11.5% vol.
Dosage : 10 g/l.
Quality sparkling wine.
Produced in France.

Available in Jéroboam format (3 L) in 100 % Chardonnay grape variety.
